Interested in showcasing your company, school, or products? ACSA conferences serve as a forum for discussion as well as for the exploration of a broad scope of research, scholarship, and creative activity. These meetings are a great opportunity to meet face-to-face with hundreds of architecture educators, administrators, and practitioners who are eager to discuss the latest research, publications, or to learn more about a new product. Exhibit tables, advertising, and event sponsorships are available.

Set up and managed by School (6′ table and skirting). Purchase of table includes name listed in program book and one meeting registration.

ACSA will set up and display a table of your school’s materials.

Group Exhibit Table

ACSA will display up to 6 titles (1/3 of a 6′ table) and can distribute order forms provided by the exhibitor.

Promotions & Sponsorships

There are a number of ways in which to advertise and get more direct contact with attendees.

Presentation / Demonstration / Session (per session)
Sponsor a session, promote your products and services. Your company will be listed on the schedule, conference email, and be highlighted during the session. Sessions can be 60-minute or 90-minute sessions and will be included in the conference program, along with other concurrent research sessions. $2,000

Daily Email Banner Ad (per ad)
Advertise your product or service in one or more of our daily conference emails. These daily emails are delivered once a day to all conference attendees. Book fast as these spots go quickly! $500

Coffee Break Sponsor (per break)
Sponsor one or several of our coffee breaks. Your company will be listed on the schedule, conference email, and be highlighted during the coffee break. $500
