The following fees are per person. Authors and presenters that plan to attend the conference will need to each purchase an individual registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than March 4, 2026 to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. Unpaid purchase orders will be billed at the full rate specified in the order unless cancelled before the deadline; Standard cancellation fees will apply.
Audio/Photo/Video Release
By attending our conference, you acknowledge that you are in a public place and that attendees (including ACSA staff) may capture your image in photos and videos. ACSA encourages event attendees to exercise good judgment and respect the wishes of other attendees who do not wish to be photographed at the events. ACSA uses photos and videos taken at its events for a variety of purposes, including the ACSA website, social media, print and advertising. If you see any photos of yourself on our website or on ACSA’s social media that you would like removed, please contact us at conferences@acsa-arch.org.
The Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA) convenes events to advance architectural education, professional development, and scholarly exchange. ACSA events are places for advocacy, dialogue, and discussion in support of architectural education. To care for our members during in-person and online events, ACSA has a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior towards other academics, practitioners, ACSA staff, and other individuals. Incidents may result in removal from our events, and/or reported to the appropriate authorities. Please read the full Conduct Policy before attending an ACSA in-person or online event.

GENERAL
When and Where is the Conference?
The conference will be fully in-person in Chicago, IL on March 26-28, 2025. Most of the conference sessions will take place at the Lowes Chicago Hotel.
What airport do I fly into?
The closest airports are Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.
What is the best way to get to the conference hotel?
You can take the Train to/from Chicago O’Hare and Midway airports to downtown Chicago.
- From Chicago O’Hare Aiport to Downtown – Take the L Train (blue line) 16 stops to Clark/Lake and then it is a 20 minute walk to the Lowes Chicago Hotel.
- From Midway Aiport to Downtown – Take the L Train (orange line) 13 stops to State/Lake and and then it is a 18 minute walk to the Lowes Chicago
- You can also take a taxi or ride share from the airport directly to the hotel
When will the full conference schedule be posted?
We are currently working on the schedule-at-a-glance and it will be posted online soon. The full conference schedule will be published in late January 2026. Please continue to check the conference schedule online for the most up to date information.
Will the conference be virtual/hybrid or In-person?
The Conference will be fully in-person and we do not have virtual or hybrid options.
Will there be Free Wifi at the conference?
Hotel guests will have complimentary wifi included in their guest rooms. We cannot guarantee there will be free meeting Wifi.
Are there Continuing Education credits offered for the Conference?
Yes, you can obtain Continuing Education Credits (CES) / Learning Units (LU), including Health, Safety and Welfare (HSW) when applicable. Registered conference attendees will be able to submit sessions for Continuing Education Credits (CES).
How to request for special needs assistance?

How do I register for the Conference?

Is there a single-day registration?
No, you will need to register for the entire conference.
Is there a special presenter registration rate?
No, All authors, speakers and special session presenters will need to register and pay to participate in the conference.
Do I have to register for the conference if I am a presenter?
Yes, Accepted authors & presenters must register and pay for the conference if they would like to present and be included in the conference proceedings program. Accepted research authors are required to register for the conference and present in order to be included in the conference program and proceedings. Award Winners and Special Session Presenters must pay for conference registration as well.
I am a student, how do I register for the conference?

What is included in my registration?
Entry to Educational Sessions, Special Focus Sessions, Keynotes, Receptions, coffee breaks and networking opportunities. Access to Exhibition areas with access to Publishers and Vendors and ability to earn AIA Continuing Education Credits.
What is NOT Included in my registration?
Some events are add-ons and have associated fees, such as workshops and tours. There is limited space for the add-on events so pre-registration and payment is required for them.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than March 4, 2026 to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. If an accepted author has to cancel their registration, they will not be able to present at the conference and will not be included in the conference proceedings.
I have co-author(s) or other panelists. Do they have to register to attend?
Yes, if other additional authors or panelists would like to attend and participate, they will need to register and pay for the conference to attend.
Can I register for the Conference On-Site?
Yes, but you will get the best rates online, if you register before January 21, 2026.
How do I get a receipt for my registration?
You can login to your ACSA account and go to “My ACSA” and then “My Account” and find the ACSA 114 Registration and click on the invoice # and from here you will be able to get your invoice. You can also email info@acsa-arch.org for your receipt.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
What health measures/protocols is ACSA taking to ensure a safe environment on-site?
ACSA’s top priority is the health and safety of our event participants. ACSA recommends all attendees stay up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations as recommended by the CDC. ACSA welcomes attendees that choose to wear masks. ACSA cannot be held liable for COVID-19 cases arising because of event attendance.
