Osnap!

Initially inspired by the material efficacy ofcommercial plastic packaging, Osnap! is aproject exploring the pairing of digital fabricationwith traditional vacuforming, eachemployed to their own unique advantages.Digital fabrication techniques ensured theconsistent precision and quality of the workingmolds, while allowing for fast turnaroundtimes in iterative design development andproofing of concepts. Vacuforming enabledimmediate testing and swift mass-productionof a sufficient number of modules for effectiveevaluation of performance. Cohesively theseprocesses resulted in time-effective inquiresand development of different joinery techniques,geometries, and optimized productionworkflows.
