The Department of Architecture at the University of Hartford invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in architecture and urban design beginning Fall 2020. A professional degree in architecture and a graduate degree in architecture and/or urban design are required. Preference will be shown to candidates with a doctoral degree in architecture or urban design. Preference will be shown to candidates with professional licensure in architecture or urban design. Teaching responsibilities may include undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Architecture. There will also be opportunities to teach in our innovative University Interdisciplinary Studies program. Candidates should show a willingness and ability to employ technology in teaching.
