The Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture website won an “Outstanding Achievement” Interactive Media Award in the “nonprofit” category earlier this week.
The distinguished panel of judges for the Interactive Media Awards included media experts from, among others, The New York Times, Ogilvy, Microsoft, American Express, and TMP Worldwide. The judges evaluated the entries based on design, content, feature functionality, usability as well as on standards of compliance and cross browser compatibility. The ACSA website received a score of 468 out of 500. Matrix Group collaborated with ACSA on the website redesign, which launched last fall.
The Interactive Media Council, Inc. is a nonprofit organization of leading web designers, developers, programmers, advertisers and other web-related professionals, the competition is designed to elevate the standards of excellence on the Internet and offer winners a boost in marketing and exposure.
