Job Description:

The Portfolio and Documentation Associate provides graphic design, writing, and organizational support for student work documentation and assessment, public events and school activities for web and hardcopy distribution. Working closely with the SAAHP deans, faculty, and staff, the Associate conducts and organizes photo/digital documentation and related public events, web and print publication support activity.


Bachelor's Degree in a studio related field such as Architecture or Art.

Proven expertise in photography/digital media including development skills with at least three to five years of directly related experience working with digital and related media.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Arts and Architecture documentation in a digital platform.

Ability to create and/or select, organize and present visual material including student work, marketing materials and web design in the best manner to meet requirements.

Must be a highly organized individual who can prioritize independently and manage multiple tasks at once and to meet deadlines.

High degree of proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite and expert proficiency with PowerPoint and/or Publisher.

Ability to relate and interact with faculty, students, administrators, and the general public using tact, poise, patience and courtesy.

Ability to direct and instruct others.

Precise and exacting in work product.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two to four years academic experience in a comparable program and student enrollment as the University.

Experience in using course management software.
