The School of Architecture seeks an Associate Professor/Professor with the experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to contribute to delivery of our professional degree programme in Landscape Architecture and to our vibrant research culture. Since its establishment in 2001, the Landscape Architecture programme has gained international recognition for the quality of our teaching and research. We look to strengthen our capabilities and to grow our reputation with this appointment.
Candidates must demonstrate a depth of expertise in the fields of teaching and research and/or practice; exhibit evidence of a high level of research and scholarly production; have a record of innovation in teaching; and show evidence or strong promise of making significant contributions to the advancement of contemporary landscape architecture.
In addition to contributing to the teaching programme and supervision of postgraduate students, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
Professional registration as a Landscape Architect is an advantage.
