The National Academy of Environmental Design (NAED) announced this week that it has received funding from Spotsylvania County, Virginia, to open its first permanent office and launch start-up operations in 2013. The NAEDʼs agreement with the County, through its Economic Development Authority (EDA), is part of a multi-organization partnership to develop a world-class facility for research, product design and manufacturing, policy development, and related educational activities in Spotsylvania.
